The forum is primarily run by the husband and wife team of Athol and Jennifer Kay.
However it's a very large forum of now 3000+ memberships and something of this size is simply impossible to run by one person. As such, there are now a total of eight active moderators and Athol.
It is extremely important to the proper running of the forum, that moderators are respected and appreciated for their efforts. 90%+ of all moderation efforts on the forum are a simple Private Message from a moderator to "calm down a bit". All you need to do when you get such a message is respond "okay, my bad", cool down a bit and that's where it ends.
And if y'all could welcome the new Category Moderators, I'd appreciate it!

For those that are curious... and worried.
The * and the ** by the titles "Senior Moderator" and "Category Moderator" indicate whether or not they have access to view the Men's Room or the Women's Room.
@Jen_Kay is the administrator and has access to everything, though she tends to be basically neutral on commenting and more about membership management.
As for myself, I promoted @Jen_Kay to the big chair this morning, and as fairly final act, downgraded my membership to the Gold Men Zen Garden level...
...and not a damn thing happened.
Apparently I can't revoke my powers as my membership is tied to the forum payment or something. So crap. I'm actually a little upset. My only option is bouncing between a second account tuned to Gold Men Zen Garden, and the current one. Which means I have to think up a name and crap.
I tried saying "well I'll just behave and not barge into the Women's Room", then went "Oh @MrsKenny2's MAP thread" *click* and... ohhhhh.

Damn computers. They think they are smarter than you are. Althol can't retire from the see-all account. The forum software wouldn't know what to do without him. lol
