1. We had long overdue sex last night. It was late (nearly 1 am), I'm sick, and we were both exhausted, but we also both really wanted to have sex.

I didn't have to worry that H would feel insecure about that. And I didn't feel embarrassed asking for what I needed. This right here is the key isn't it!  It takes a lot of trust and vulnerability to get there and when you do it's a whole new ballgame.  I'm so happy you are there
