    Was well over 90+ days and now I fell hard....humbling. It´s a pattern, going for another 90 days and weill see how I take it further from that point. This addiction won´t win over me and the better life there is for me.

    Much like others here, I have fallen off the wagon. I have been viewing porn everyday for just about 6 months now. I fixed what drove me there, now I need to break it again. Today was day 1.

    Day 66 now. 2 Months + thus.

    This weekend was difficult-ish. Being bored and alone does have an effect on resolutions.

    Got through it though.

    Day 1. Hard, lots of sexual thoughts. Just accepting this is how it is helps a bit. Getting back on track with training and keeping busy helps to.

    @Bolt Thx,  the same time you. This can be done, just be sure to have a powerful WHY. That motivates you, speaking to myself here also. 

    Day 2, sucks, want dopamine kicks, keeping busy at work and at home. Been to aware of women around me, need to focus on my goals, not distractions.

    Day 3 was a bit easier.  Kept busy and later had some togheter time with w in front of the tv. Still to focused on women Im general, trying to focus on work and my other daily tasks but struggle some.  Maybe gotta reinvent my "why" and bring some passion into that.
