Wife's Lab Results

Can anybody interpret these results for me? Wife is 54, post menopause. Slightly overweight.
Metabolic panel normal
T3 Free 3.4 pg/ml Range 2.3-4.2
T3 Reverse 13 ng/dL Range 8-25
TSH 1.8 Range 0.3 to 5
Free T4 0.79 Range 0.6-1.6
Test Free Total 61ng/dL Range 2-45 High
Test Free 5 pg/ml Range 0.2 -5
Estradiol 7 pg/ml Post menopausal range <10 Low
Seems to me that her thyroid is normal, Test is high, which I found surprising, and Estradiol low which I expected. I have an anti aging doctor which I thought might want to pull her on TRT, but she does not seem to need it with such high test levels.
She does not experience vaginal dryness, but does have trouble sleeping. Her sex drive is low, but we do average fooling around about 5 times per week. I initiate. She does not orgasm since being post menopause.
She is dead set against any HRT pending blood results, but did agree to the blood test.
What do you guys think?

Energy level is good. But, it has been low when she was enterig menopause. However, she will spend her evenings on her tablet or phone until bedtime.
Her overall mood is pleasant. Does not complain to much, does tasks if I ask her to without whining. Does not get overly emotional one way or the other. She does suffer from hot flashes.
But she would rather have fries than sex. Lol.
