In your recent success thread about finding your masculinity and, more important to me, removing fear and insecurity, did you have any help from professionals, clergy, friends or books?  I have so much anxiety and fear, and so little confidence it is ruining my life. Not just no sex and career stagnation, but preventing me from enjoying day to day life. And your transformation is inspiring and provides so e hope. Curious as to the actual steps to get there.
