  How has it helped you?
  Have you had and negative side effects?
  Do you go in for frequent check-ups and blood work to make sure the dosages are correct?  
  
  Have you read the "No More Mr Nice Guy" book?  I've read it twice and done all the exercises.  That was a while ago and I feel I am backsliding on any progress I made.  I'll be reading it again and doing the work again.
  
  It's hard to be a dominant when you've got all that "Nice Guy" crap running in your head. 
  
  I am a software engineer by profession and I derive a great deal of satisfaction from it.  Sometimes, far too much satisfaction.  What is your preferred programming language?  In my current job I'm using mostly C# and WPF.  Before that it was mostly C++.
