    That is a great plan. 

    I think apple trees and blueberry shrubs definitely make your house an estate :)

    So you just use steel wool and...?? to strip? I have had a lot of bad luck stripping. (Harhar) My life would be easier if I preferred painted over natural wood...

    In my house growing up, and my husband's, that meant a mom backed into something (true fact: before we knew each other, my future MIL backed into my mom's HUGE conversion van)

    In our house it means I spilled water on a laptop.

    But I don't think anyone used the "don't get angry line..."
